Good afternoon I have a problem and please I want a solution as soon as possible

The problem is explained below

When I run the server show me this message

The problem started when I changed the password for the program Navicat by server

I also do not know what has become the password program Navicat

Whenever you run the program Navicat I get this error message

Please I need all of you plz

You did not create the user mt2 in mysql the password for this user is " mt2!@# "
