some Questions Please answer

i hav some questions
i hav made a server in hamchi, navicat
1.how do i add weapons,armour,new items, and make some things which can be used for upgrades
2. how do i make like a mob/metin spawning in a place ( eg : in desert i can put iceland mobs )
3. how do i increase exp for a particular mob
4. how do i change gm sign ?
5. does any1 hav an english client ?
