[Help]I need Help with Game file of Daroo

hey guys i need help and i need that help plz , i using sf of daroo so the game file of that sv the 150 lvl not 99 lvl , got some bug and i need to fix it maybe they are not bug , but i need a solutions for these bugs :P,
First:

6/7 Stats add/changer not working if i use add stats 6/7 on any item it wont work

Second :

1/5 stats change , change each 10 min and i need to fix that to 0 min, with gm u can change each sec but the player they cant do that must wait 10 min each change

so how can i fix that any help plz
