Locale extraction error

I tried to unpack the icon.ejx and icon.epk on a client and I got this error.

I don't really care about this,because all the files unpack correctly,but when I pack them,i get an error and I can't pack them.Can anyone help me with a packer or somethin? Or an tutorial on how to pack items if I already have them unpacked? Because I can get most files unpacked,but it's all in vain if I can't modify and repack them.

weil dein endtag beim entpacken nicht gelesen werden konnte und domit das ende der datei erreicht wurde
setz den endtag dran und schon kannst du es packen

Didn't quite understood this.All I need is an advice on how to repack it not anything else
