Need Help To fix that problem :s

Well i installed the serverfiles with 2 ch on a dedicated servver + i added the mysql too , when i runned the server on the operration timed out give that error u will see it in the pic and still give me all the time . so anyone have a solution to fix that error , also i have another problem eatch 20 min or 30 min the server go down and then go up ! and Thank u for who will help with that

"Operation timed out" say u, that the server is online.

THe other code is normal, because everytime anybody logs into the server, this appears

so that error is nothing ? and what about that problem, server Disconnect every 20 min/30 Min go off and go on back ?
