DT bug

Im having a DT bug that i cant seem to find out whats wrong with it ive tried a few differnt quest files for devil_tower but every one when they hit floor 4 no metin spawns anyone know how to fix this?

You have to add floors if you want to go more up;D
Yes but how, do you know how to add maps?
Beacause i don't
