u need type this on chat
this is for item with normal blacksmith (if the up need the item, u need to have ther on inventory)
/refine 0 0
On the tower type this
/refine 0 4
the first 0 is the first slot in first page in inventory!!

as you can see from 1st message those are temporary unavailiable.
We wait for Kamer to fix those too
@Madara: i think this doesn't work on P servers. On official works just fine.
