1. teleport party -> with group leader (same channel and same city),something like this:
"<Group> Can not call the target".
2. What is "whisper player block" and "WHISPER_MODULE.py" How I can use?

maybe you need level up leader skill i don't know (does teleport worked in GF before?)

player block so you doesn't recieve messages from that player.
WHISPER_MODULE.py open it and will see its called everytime someone is writting to you.

with leadership master1 you could teleport to other groupmembers, for that you had to unlock a part in the uiparty:
