I've done a few trades on Scythe's Black market so i know how they work, but I haven't dealt with any scammers yet. I figured $3.00 was worth the risk, especially when DB's are so much more expensive than $1.50 each from TQ.

I'm guessing I'll just need to give the police the support email and they will contact EPVP for the exact IP.
Even so, if the person is out of the USA, I can't imagine the police would do anything/could do anything.

How should I contact law enforcement for this? It's certainly not 911 applicable.
What do I need to tell law enforcement so that EPVP can help them obtain the IP address?
