His spoofer works. Not sure for how long, not sure if he'll update it, but for now it works. His cheat on the other hand is a complete scam and he's trying to use it to exit. I feel bad for anyone who believes his lies. He's scammed 2 people so far afaik, one of whom has proof of everything: mika#9747 on discord.
