Here's how I make my accounts for Mobius:
1. set proxy to 202.171.42.7:3128 (this proxy works so far)
2. go to yahoo.com.au (Australia) or yahoo.com.sg (Singapore) and create an email account
3. go to Mobiusgames.net and create your Hero account. Only accepts IPs from the Philippines, Malaysia (this proxy), Singapore and Brunei
4. check the boxes on the User Agreement and put in email. An email willbe sent to your box, just click on the link inside to verify the address.
5. Log into Hero and make your first Character.
6. Switch to Internet Explorer and turn off the Proxy. You don't need it anymore, unless you are going to make another account.
7. you're good to go, just log into Mobius instead of Netgame and you are up and running.
