I'm sorry dude but I've to tell you that most of the tools here don't even work for the M2 Client of Italy. As I know now, that the client moreover is that old, I don't think you'll find any tool that can help you Sorry, but just nobody wants to work on such old clients (especially IT) because there are just a few who'd have an adventage of their work.
Sorry, but I can't help you. Maybe you should research the web or just try another server or even better another game...

1. You can't. It's possible but too complicated to explain for you. Furthermore it's illegal in most cases.
2. I've actually no plan of the Client of Italy and don't waste my time anymore with the game at all but maybe I can try to help you if you tell me the server's name. That would be the first step, otherwise I've no idea where to start. If you haven't tried yet, you should probably download the v4a MOD from the publisher's .
