Denn viele meinen, die mich noch von "früher" kennen, ich hätte den Posten des Mods oder des Guardians redlich verdient. Doch es scheint wohl, trotz monate langer positiver Ergebnisse nicht ausgeglichen zu sein.

Yeah, the way new staff joins is kind of a mystery to me, so there might as well be some sort of an act of shamanism involved, as far as I know. The amount of free time I have is a bit unstable, so I don't think I'll be reapplying for anything, anytime soon, as much as I'd like to. How are the newbies holding up?
