Ah lol. I did some of that kind of hacking after I left Conquer...so I dont reckon its lame xD
AutoIt isn't the right tool to use then because Runescape uses Java.
Id advise you to check out rsbot.org.
You will then learn how to use Java in Eclipse and its really easy because the top guys have put in anti-randoms and have coded a shit load to enable you to do fairly easy stuff its fairly straight forward yet challenging at the same time.
But yea, AutoIt kind of fails if you dont hook it within the Java File which runescape runs off as there is the macro anti-hack system in which the screen shifts randomly over time. You may have seen this in game. Otherwise, keep your camera angle the same and watch a certain point on the screen and see how it shifts. Its subtle yet very effective.
