Alright just wondering. I see a lot of posts on old releases that people post something like "Nice release, thanks." And I was wondering to report those or not.

I tend to allow it provided its relevant, if its just spam then ill take action, otherwise its fine.

Question on reporting people for bumping old threads.
Do the same rules apply for release threads, or no so people can still ask for help on the code released?

@Huse, was wondering because before you became Moderator here we used to have a rule on that. Wasn't super enforced but I remember it because everytime a binary server was advertised on andyd123's private server list he would take it off if it was binaries cause even advertising them was against the rules. But that was a long time ago lol. Well thanks for the info.
