Im having a problem. i put the "LocalHost.exe" into the maplestory folder & blah blah blah but when i try to start it up my screen goes black for a few seconds & then just goes back to my desktop as if nothing happened. anyone know what's going on?

i Downloaded v75 from RydahMS i dont know if that matters or not : o

i already tried disabling my Firewall / antivirus still does the same thing

You have to redownload all 3 files from Rydah (if you downloaded from Megauplooad). You got a messed up file download
