i've been GM in (NidoMS & SonataStory) and an admin in SymphonicStory . i wasn't admin for very long because our host became lazy & shut down the server but he told me i was the best administrator he's ever had.

To be honest, i don't know much about coding.. FOR NOW. i have Photoshop cs4 & SonyVegasPro. i have experience with photoshop, i took a class my sophomore year. I also will make youtube videos so people will join MidnightStory alot quicker !
What would you do if you saw someone hacking (1st time, 2nd, 3rd)?:
1st time : Warning OR jailed for a fair amount of time if it's been rumored that the player hacks already . 2nd : Ban . no 3rd chances, everyone deserves two
What would you do if you saw a family/friend hacking?:
Friend / Family either way hacking is a bannable offence . i would do just as a said in the question before.
Would you leave the server if you were not picked as GM?
Most likely not, im not the kind of person to quit because of a small / minor problem(:

Small problems or big, they aren't a big deal. i've dealt with extreme problems during my experience as a GM in some servers ( Hacker Banned almost entire Staff/Players , hacked his name to be blank / made his i.p : 0.000.000.000 with SQL so we wouldnt know who he is, DDOS hacked all GM's computers so our internet wouldnt work.. etc ) i remain calm & will fix the issue

. I'm the type of GM that focuses more on the actual gameplay of the server, i make sure our players are satisfied & happy. I am really good at making events & that's one of the things that makes a server most popular. Lots of events(: Like i said before i make Youtube videos. ive made many youtube videos before showing the servers qualities. usually that gets people to join FAST. Every private server has different type of GM's, i've noticed that. Theres the Coding GM that focuses on coding for the server, then theres the Hacker Hunting GM that focuses MAINLY on hackers & scammers & then theres the Gameplay Factor GM, That focuses on the people of the server . This GM is very important to have fair and fun gameplay & I am that GM
