[Release] GMS V73 summon slow no delay

Okay, here is what I will release now after working hard on finding and tweaking no delay to not a/b. This is my own version which I've developed yesterday. Thanks to everyone who donated test accounts.

This trainer requires certain wz edits to work along with.

INSTRUCTIONS
==========

1- Open HaRepacker
2- Load Skill.wz
3- Browse to your sprite skill id
4- Expand summon
5- Expand attack1
6- Delete frames (ctrl + r) 1,2,3,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16
(Leave only 4, 5, 6)
7- Expand frames 4, 5, 6 and change the delays to 100. (Anything lower than that will a/b)
8- Save file and start MS and load my trainer.

====

Your sprite must kill the mob within 4 hits. You will be a/b'ed if it takes too many hits for some reason.

This hack worked for me for about 1 hr and a half no d/c or a/b.

You can CC safely without risk of a/b also.
