Could someone please absolutely clear my wall of logs and delete the posts that are visible there (also messages that ''message deleted. etc)? And how can I close my wall so no one can post there? Ty.

Afaik only you can see the "message deleted"

You can turn that off here:
Remove the checkbox on this line "Enable Visitor Messaging"
