How do I get them meditations? I understand the black market but not them if anyone could clarify, thank you.

If you want to provide a middleman service for a trade/purchase between two users, you'll get a rating as a mediator. Thus getting mediation ratings, which will be displayed.

First: Check out the rules.

The middleman receives an inquiry from both dealers which he needs to accept. He needs to check the goods if anything is fine. Its a little more safe way to protect yourself from fraud.
