Major Block Headers: 729x36
Minor Block Headers: 708x25
Secondary Content Areas: 708x25
Primary Content Areas (Repeat both): 713x882
Controls: 618x64

That should be the most important ones, but the best way is to use a template. Maybe you can find some at the black market.
