How can I set PIN?

I know that it is probably a dumb question, but I couldn't find this option in my profile settings and in Google as well.

I would like to buy a premium account, but it is keep asking to set a PIN first. However, I can't find this option to set a PIN anywhere. Any suggestion how to set it?

You should be able to do that in the Black Market Settings:
