[Request] Renaming My Account

I want to rename my account but the name is taken, however has never been used as the account has no posts or threads - i wondered is it possible to free up the name so i can purchase it?

Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

this isnt correct. We handle every nickname change also for users without the premium badge.
The user that has already the username just need to be inactive for a longer time to take his username.
