cant get negative tbm removed?

Hey so i got this guy that is rating me negative just for fun is there any way i can let it get removed for free? or do i really have to buy premium for this? because i cant open a support ticket

i can provide video proof and screenshots also

If you only want to complain about your negative rating, yes you will need either Premium or the Elite*gold trader Rank
