mabinogi in virtual windows xp

hey guys been awhile since my last post
recently my windows crashed so im just gona use linux now and have a virtual machine for my school works and mabinogi but mabinogi keeps calling on error hacking tool after i get to the login page
any tips or clues

I'm guessing hackshield doesn't like that your running it on a virtual machine

No, hackshield runs fine. It's just that I don't think your computer is powerful enough or you forgot to do some configuration of the machine

In 90% of cases where a virtual machine fails to run mabinogi, there is 1 of 2 things happening;
1. The virtual graphics card fails to support Mabi's min. requirements.
2. Not enough RAM is dimensioned and as such, HS detects a "speed hack".

try manually setting the CPU speed, and allocate at least 1 gb ram to the virtual machine.

if your virtual machine isn't fast enough, and resources fluxuate... hackshield detects that because the virtual clock jumps around.

things such as constantly minimizing / maximizing mabinogi .. or loading some other large programs can do this.

It is best you keep it up and open...this also happens to me when i try to open 3x virtual + 1x host mabinogi

Hello. My "VMware Workstation 7.1.1 Build 282343" can run mabinogi. Try this version too.
