No it's not public.
Even if you get it, you won't be able to use it.

Usually the best bet, since anything you can do to make the game more receptive to your commands is a big boost.

Where is the newest version of Tiara's Moonshine? The current version i have continues to crash my computer whenever i open a shop with a chest fragment in it. And during the event i wasnt able to see the fragments. I would like to not have this problem in future events

I wonder if I could add a rule to our forum that states:

seriously, read the posts associated with an issue before you ask for a link that explicitly has the programs name in it's link.

Pure chance, keep trying! There are 3 methods of restoration (which I know of), I would recommend you just look for the Macro on these here forums though. Really... not hard to find when they're in bold.

1. It is my job to ensure that this subforum does not go to hell.
2. You have not looked into, read any thread, or even thought about anything in relation to the question you are asking.
3. Before you post, read or do research so that you can save yourself from the humiliation of posting something like:
"A set of commands that automates a function that is otherwise tedious and difficult? No I want a program that automates a process that is tedious and/or difficult."
Because that's essentially what you posted.
I can tolerate stupidity, I can not tolerate ignorance or general laziness.
Tl;dr
If you would do some reading you'd understand why the question you posted is completely ridiculous and worthy of such ridicule.

I am sorry if this sounds mean but over the past few days there has been an influx of people posting in the wrong threads, asking the same questions like 15 times and contributing to nothing except the general hatred that people seem to express to new people. It's nothing personal, just use your brain, be part of the solution not the problem.
