I want to request a mentor as well. Im the kind of student will just learn out of a tutorial but i will ask a few questions here and there Im the kind of student that will just jump into a new program and try to figure things out on my own but if i have a mentor and set plan to learn i will alot faster i want to learn how to mod so i can contribute to the community and so i can learn a new skill while i make my mabinogi life easier

Sorry everyone, I was away for three weeks on vacation in Korea.
I'll add people to the adoptee list, and I do think its about time for the current adopted to detach from their mentors.

Can someone please teach me ... iv been reading this and the modding stuff overall i think it was like 400 pages of posts and replies that i never caught on to V.V i know i fail ... right?  can someone PLEASE!!!!! Adopt me~

dunacn might have a chance, razer and green need to gtfo...
Honestly, reverse engineering isnt hard. Programming is. If you don't get it after reading lena rev tut #1. Good luck, cause if you get the concept, you get pretty much a lot, and the rest of us are willing to teach you. If you're just here to learn "mods" as in
"Go to this address and change it to a JMP" Get lost.

I'll ask for a mentor as well. I've always been interested in understanding the basics of scripting or bot-making, etc.
I'm not too savvy about olly or C++ but I'm patient to and willing to learn even if it takes years. xD;
I don't have to be taught everyday so I'll learn when my mentor is available.

Think about it..xfire to bypass GameGuard.
I dunno about anyone else or why it hasn't been mentioned ..or maybe it has.
But let me give you an example of what i mean.
You would Inject your "wallhack.dll" into the xfire.exe process.
Then Login to xFire.Then login to SF and let your Xfire ingame Load up.
Since xfire layers its chat windows over the SF screen freely without causing the ALT+TAB error
that means its has some kind of control over the D3D.

Well today I was thinking and it was stated that it's impossible to view if you have a +1 item unless you look in your inventory, but it is generated before its picked up.
This could be a big job, could be worth it if it was possible and done correctly though. Turn the items on the floors into items in your inventory images, I should probably explain a bit more. The images that are used in your inventory, put those on the floor. That way if you moused over the image it'd show the +1...
