What's UG mod?
I got no idea what UG stands for
and why do ppl leave "request lock" comment on threads about it?
Is it something too bad even within this community?
I guessed the meaning from the context and thought it might mean
"serious gamebraking mod" is this correct?
If it's yes, why no "request lock" comments on 1charge Firball threads?

If you don't understand something, this is (not) the place to ask it.
("This" being this forum in general.)

It's a problem, is what it is. UG is the difference between a modder looking to have fun, and an elitist hacker who doesn't even want other people to learn the skills to create, because they want to be the only ones who can do whatever it is they know how to do.

You need to know the difference between someone that actually has a CHANCE of being in an actual UG, and a person that has leaked mods. Reliel leaked UG mods like no tomorrow.

I sense a pun in that last sentence.

Most of the time, a "UG" is a bunch of stuck up idiots and leachers who think they're awesome and try to gain reputation by claiming they have mods others do not.

There are actual UG members that are good coders, and do not want to get the mods they've worked on patched by Nexon. Its kinda hard to blame them too, I mean, look what happened to the range and fireball mods ._.

I know, I'm just saying that people who publicly flaunt that they are in one are usually as I described.

Underground modders wouldn't have to exist if there weren't so many ******* idiots in the community.

I think this whole issue would be a little easier to stomach if UG was less dependent on a drug ring style "who do you know" approach, and rather on a "are you not a moron and are you willing to learn how to mod instead of just downloading files" one.
