Is icebolt meant to fire one charge at at time?

Say if you charge it 5 times, is it meant to fire then go to 4?

go to google and type in mabinogi wiki, then search for icebolt. Be amazed. You can do the same for all kin ds of stuff. its a good site if youre new to the game to figure out how everything works

Yes, it's ment to go from 5 to 4 if you full charge it.

You should learn the basics of the game before modding the hell out of it and not knowing if something was already implemented or if it is mods
