I'd be assuming 1 charge fb is hard to trace. Only way they could ban you is if another player catches, reports and provides legit Nexon screenshots to a gm, where they would investigate your account about it. Otherwise, they wouldn't do anything at all about it and if you're soloing dungeons with it, you'd almost never be caught unless a sudden gm pops in and catches you. But again, that's a way too slim chance and any right minded player would stop doing it for a little while if a gm is near.
It's as tracable as the packet version. You see, what the server is seeing is "Send packet for charge fireball (Once)", and then it sees another packet to "Launch fireball on X" and it goes "LOLOK".
Nexon CAN put something to do something about it, but they're lazy jews.

It has been going on for some time and a majority of the players using this are still playing so unless something extremely crazy happens like the mass leak on the gold dupe (even then, innocents were banned), you'd most likely be safe. Since nexon is also lazy (cept when people report them via Nexon screenshots possibly), they would not do a thing about it.
