He was talking about emails such as mailinator.com

However, I don't think it's possible to stop people from using 10minutemail accounts, because 10minutemail generates random emails, not @10minutemail.com like most spam email addresses.

To stop certain emails, you use this criteria

if *=Wildcard

To block an email, use this

*@uggsrock.com

for something like a .ru email...

*@*.ru

Wildcards are pretty sweet.
