Correction: It is possible, but you have to know the exact day and time of the last spawn, and since each channel has different spawn times, the timer could only be used for one channel. You would most likely only get an approximation of when the field boss would spawn. I've heard that there was a site where you could input the data and get the schedule, but I don't have the link.
