When you say "packet editing"
Are you even EDITING anything? or just recording and sending, or get someone else's packet and sending them.
Also, they can track anyone IF the packet becomes known, for example GM hide.
If GM's doesnt know anyone that can do GM hide then they wouldnt bother to check.
But if they do know, then they can look at the packet logs and find anyone who sent packets that is unique to GM hide. So basically anything you have leeched, YES they will know, but wont do anything about it if you are not making them loose buisness
