1. I don't know about you but Mabinogi single player seems pretty freakin' awesome to me.
2. You just quoted something I never said. I never asked how to play offline with no experience. I just asked how. Therefore your argument is invalid.
And I do have experience programming. Just not a lot. I'm still fairly new at it.
1. What in the world would you do alone in mabi? Fap to all the monsters?
2. He didn't quote you.
3. Your "experience" won't get you close to a private server.
4. Mabi has died. No longer "wonderful"

1. Being alone in mabi sure as hell would be fun. Being my own **** person and not having Nexon ruin it with updates. Take Skyrim for example. Had great reviews. And it's single player. Now I do realize that Skyrim and Mabinogi are 2 very different games, but, I sure as hell don't fap to monsters in Skyrim.
2. When someone puts quotation marks around something trying to refer to what someone else said, it's a quote.
3. Obviously not, I was just curious.
4. Another reason why Mabi single player would be good. Modify to whatever you want to make it wonderful. Everyone has their own view of what "wonderful" really is. But, in Mabi single player, doing whatever the hell you want, It's pretty **** wonderful.

1. It's not going to be as fun as you think, but have fun. Being stuck with the same old content will eventually suck. You'll eventually miss out on the "good stuff", if such a thing exists in the future.
2. Not necessarily. In fact, no one claimed that anyone said it.
4. Unless you have the source code to the client, you're not going to be able to modify much.

True about 4. And yes it definitely will be boring. But I'm sure it's possible to update it with the latest patch.
Hmm let me rephrase that. Nexon ruining it with ****** economy and stuff like that. I would probably only update new skills and maps if it comes around.

Mabinogi-Single charge Fireball 01/18/2010 - Mabinogi - 9 Replies Alright i have absolutely no knowledge of IDA or OllyDBG so don't get mad if this information is useless. I was talking to a friend and this is what he told me. It is for a single charge FB mod.
When you open the dll with IDA there should be a window that also pops up beside the main codes and serial numbers that will house the name of skills. So like CSkillFirebolt. Then it will have a {Void} beside it.
Double click on that and it will take you to the section that deals with that...
Single Player Conquer 2.0 08/25/2006 - Conquer Online 2 - 11 Replies So I was thinking,
Diablo has both single and online player modes, why can't CO?
The coder (not me for now) could make their own server emulation program to act as the "server", basically just adding AI to the client side. The user would have complete control over drops and whatever else they need.
This project would be massive, you're basically programming a single player game, but it would be awesome just to have it at a LAN party with whatever stuff you wanted just messing...
