so i finally ended up looking for something to do about the lag spikes or whatever that i'd get in Tir from that **** they put in there that i guess was supposed to help the idiots that idiots that didn't know how to get around, whether it be because they're blind or because whoever thought that **** up is a ******* moron themselves.
in any case, while more or less obvious (were i likely to come back to look at this i wouldn't be too surprised to see some idiot that didn't bother to read or pay enough attention to the title post some **** like "ur just figuring this out now?", but whatever), data\world\uladh_main\uladh_main.gm is the piece of genius that's at least been occasionally ******* me off. well, maybe not to such an extent, but still...
