I wanted to try the TcpOptimizer but at the part "Open TcpOptimizer. Then look at the big numbers near the top with the bar. Go back to the speedtest site. Look at your download speed, memorize it " I stop because i dont get the Open Tcpoptimizer, i dont think i have it, how do i supose to open it ? o _o
