I wouldn't bother with it. It doesn't even have the intelligence to understand different cultures use an 's' or 'c' instead of 'z'. Honestly, he has no right to brag about "private patchers" to begin with since there's a BIG difference between public and private. Public contain things that won't break the game mechanics, and private contains patches that won't give someone an actual advantage. I'm pretty sure everyone has private patchers. How many have been leaked? I have like 6 different "private" patchers, not like they're anything to brag about.

tl;dr: It's (Mutn) arrogant; I wouldn't keep wasting my time and lowering my IQ to respond to that thing.
