Any time Mabi updates, you need to have HackShield updated. Remove dinput8.dll from your Mabinogi folder, run Mabi as normal, close Mabi once you get to the login screen, put dinput8.dll back in the Mabi folder, then run CrackShield, then run Mabi again.

Currently patched yes, they never mentioned anything about forever. We can always hope for an update from Yiting.

It was working for me, the past 4-6 months I've been back, but after todays minipatch it doesn't work.
Yes, I know how to properly update hackshield.
I get this error now, with an updated hackshield, and Crackshield running, along with dinput8.dll in the Mabinogi folder.

I've done nothing but update the game.
It's weird though, I have friends who say theirs still works.

Yea. I didn't mean to imply that it was actually patched. (Well...I mean...I guess I DID, but...sarcasm doesn't go through well on the internet unless people read everything you say, I guess...) The bypass still works fine for me. Multi-client isn't working at all, but I never really used it, so I was unaware at the time.

Still works perfectly fine if you don't try to multiclient. Shouldn't be too hard to get multiclienting working perfectly either, if any difficulty would even be present at all, although that's just a guess. There are plenty of other ways to multiclient also.
