I don't know if the files were ever obtained, because the file on rapidshare was deleted and i had seen nothing else relating to it from the the previous post about it on, nor anyone else posting a link relating to it, so if you dont mind, i'll post them, just in case.
also, this is pretty useful, it actually lets me get to the log-in screen in mabinogi in windows 8 instead of just closing instantly, and for that, i thank you. cant wait to see it working with windows 8
That is the issue of hackshield driver, you should report it to nexon directly (okay, i don't think they will fix that until windows 8 have a public commercial release...), I could help nothing with current release.
Recently i tried to find a general way to inject bypass method into any game client, then i done a new experimental version here.
It could be used in both Mabinogi and Vindictus(Mabinogi:Heroes), and actually it doesn't run hackshield anymore, so you can even launch both of them in the same time.

How to use
- Remove old dinput8.dll and HSLaunch.exe (If you use mabipake, please keep their dinput8.dll)
- Rename original HShield\HSUpdate.exe to any other you like. - Place HSUpdate.exe into HShield folder for each game.
- Launch your game.
Important
- It ONLY works for NA server, don't use it in other servers or any other games.
- This is experimental version, it will automatically fail when game updated.
- It doesn't help multi-clienting for Vindictus currently.
- You may get a security warning by antivirus when it try to write the bypass code into a game.

[Hackshield]Bypass the new protection hackshield 01/25/2010 - Silkroad Online - 2 Replies Today i was so mad from agbot so i found the loader lite 3...
so i tried to connect with him to ibot (port : 16000) and failed cuz of the hackshield .... so i tried to rename the "hackshield" file dictory and it was full of success ... but i dont know .. should i get banned for it? (i bought silks)
