I wouldn't bother trying, everyone selling one appears to be trying to scam. I'd definitely recommend only trusting someone who's reputable or requiring a middleman (which will be hard to do as it would require them to already own that specific pack so Steam can't redeem it or have access to your account).
Also codes are region specific which makes it even more difficult, if you do find a legitimate seller though do let me know!
