they will recreate two of your char from the server you are currently playing on, any level (but no third class, subclass, or noblesse) give you all +4 armor, weapons and jewelry b grade and 5kk adena to start playing the game. There is a base economy. This is also an interlude server with everything working. There is never any downtime and never any lag.
