Depends on your enemie's class and your playing skill and knowledge.
I PvP pretty much on Teon and I can say that a full archer party (also daggers, but they should have dagger + bow) + BD/SwS owns. Remember to have a prophet in the next town to buff up every 20 mins.
And, pretty important, voice communication.
