Help for hack

So, my problem is when i make a help.htm with the code

It doesnt show up in my help box in L2...It just shows a blank screen. The only thing i can do with the new help.ht, file is look at it in explorer, but what good does that do to me?!?!?!?The original file seems to be encoded, the file being encypted is:

so my guess is that if someone could encryp that file with the same version as the REAL help.htm ,then alot of us with decent server files on a c1 server can use this exploit....Thanks to anyone who reads this post =)
