L2walker ig lag

Hello, i have one problem. I can log in to server but when about 30s~ my character gets lagged. I can see what is going around, but i just cant move or do anything. Maybe is something wrong with hosts file or something other?

try moving with the arrow keys first. when i have that problem it usually fixes that and i can click to move after that

No, its not that problem. First about 30s or 1min i can move, but after everything freezes. I can`t move, i cant target anything and etc. I just can see whats going around.
