[help]L2 walker itemID/Number!

today after indonesian patch Gracia Final Plus. . .(i dont know what is 'plus' means)
IG and OOG starts normally, except for one condition. . . .
there's a problem on the Item ID/Number,the Inventory window in walker's information tab looks very messed up(ID=0, ID=65536, ID=9999).
So walker can't use ITEMCOUNT, BUYITEM, or other itemID related scripts. . . .

anyone know the problem??????im certainly sure that the problem is on the walker that can't read the item's ID anymore, and must be updated. . .but how?
im using IG 2.16c and OOG 10.9.7(works perfectly before the patch)

Previous Problem Solved!
New problems:
every item-related-scripts works except for buying things from NPC,right after starts a dialog with NPC and choose the first dialog(which refers to buying things) and the buying tab opens,the scripts is running "BUYITEM(itemname[itemid],qty" but nothing happens in the game.Anyone knows???
The "gracia final" patch in Indonesia add a new step in buying things from NPC.
before patchlayer add what he wants to buy in the buying tab and click "done",the buying tab disappears,inventory tab opens(with new item inside it)
after patchlayer add what he wants to buy in the buying tab and click "done",a confirmation pop-up arises, player click on the "confirm" button,buying tab disappears, inventory tab opens(with new item inside it)

my second question:how to fix the OOG 10.9.8c into english???(login,logout,restart, and everything). Mine are a lot of squares. . . thx. . . .
