L2asrv problem :/

Hi guys,I want to bot in a c6 server and I've got the host and the 1.79 walker but the main problem is that l2asrv is ******* here is the error:

"Windows cannot access the specfied device,path or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

And i have no idea why it won't start,I tried downloading another l2asrv form other sites or stuff but the same with every single l2asrv.If you know what is wrong help please
