Was using CID proxy 2.0.9 till latest patch.
Downloaded the official conquer_v5101 from official link 2 posted on the site.
Uninstalled the game n deleted it's back up.
Problem: when I install it again from an admin account my comp freezes
When I install from non admin it installs but when I try and login it keeps saying server maint
