Need help DESPERATELY!

Currently using windows Vista

Was using CID proxy 2.0.9 till latest patch.

Downloaded the official conquer_v5101 from official link 2 posted on the site.

Uninstalled the game n deleted it's back up.

Problem: when I install it again from an admin account my comp freezes
When I install from non admin it installs but when I try and login it keeps saying server maint

Please help!

Uninstall CO. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\

Reinstall CO. Don't install CID Proxy. It doesn't work yet.

nope still same prob and i even tried installing in a different folder.

Uninstall Conquer.

Download Conquer.

Install the newly downloaded Conquer

DO NOT INSTALL CID PROXY

Maby its a firewall that is the problem.
