Just wondering if anyone knows of a decent mid rate server, around 40x rates, with no AIO buffers, or GM shops and a decent player base, of say around 1k players. I have searched extensively through the various lists that google gives, but most are a complete joke. English speaking communities would be nice, but im not fussy there.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
