koneksi ane pake semar... di tracert juga banyak putus2 dijalan... ada alternatif IP lain untuk verifikasi?

i pinged 60.190.219.211 and resulted Request Time Out!
i am using local WWAN provider... any other alternatives IP for verify walker? maybe local address?
